Client-facing positions will not have their last name displayed: Animal Welfare Counselors, Intake Counselors, Wildlife Technicians/Rehabilitators, Vet Techs, Vet Assistants, Client Care Specialists, and Receptionists. Managers, directors, and administrators can choose to have their last name displayed on badges.
